For super cabin the price include, Construction complies with council requirements using the same materials as residential housing. I.e. Tanalised treated sub floor, deck & verandah. Foil insulation under floor, 20mm particleboard flooring, 100x50 framing timber, shadow clad 12mm ply wood exterior, aluminium windows, corrogated iron roofing and marley spouting. Tantalized facia boards and corner patterns. Fully insulated with Pink Batts and Gibboard linings. And ply wood ceiling with exposed rafters. You will need to arrange for mains power & plumbing, painting and decoration – stopping. We fully erect the cabin on your site using and installing every thing as mentioned above. We can supply plans for your building consent at cost which your apply for at your local council office. We call for inspections on foundation, pre-line, bracing elements inspections. Any further inspections may call for when ever you want.
